If you sign a separate Welcome Lane service agreement (Starter, Deploy, retainer, or otherwise), the terms of that agreement govern the work itself. These Terms govern your use of the site and any marketing communications. Anything written here is not a service guarantee — actual scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in your service agreement.
All content on welcomelaneloop.com — copy, graphics, code, animations — is owned by Welcome Lane LLC or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright. The Welcome Lane name and "the revenue loop" wordmark are our trademarks. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the content for republication without our written permission.
The site uses third-party tools to deliver its experience — including HighLevel (chat widget, calendars, SMS), Hostinger, and Vercel. Your interactions with those tools are also governed by their respective terms. We don't control their availability or behavior, but we choose them carefully and treat their privacy practices as our own.

Marketing claims on the site (revenue lift, calls booked, response rates) describe what we've achieved with clients in similar situations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welcome Lane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site (separate from a signed service agreement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend and hold harmless Welcome Lane LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
